Vivian Rutherford
Chief Executive Officer
 Vivian Rutherford is the owner, of Wintech Solutions (Wintech). She acquired Wintech in 2015 from Winston Mosbergen who has been an IT Executive and started the company in 1999. Vivian has successfully leveraged innovation, her business acumen, strategic thinking and technical expertise to build a competitive advantage in building several companies. She has created a corporate culture of integrity, respect and a passion for winning. The result is a dynamic growing company that adopts the customer’s mission that is totally dedicated to their success.

Growing her companies from one person in 2008 to nearly 250 associates today. She leads nationwide operations with employees in over 30 different states with offices in Irvine, CA, Glendale, CA and Huntsville, AL. As President and CEO, she oversees daily corporate operations to ensure high- quality service-delivery to her many customers.

Affiliations with numerous industry and professional organizations include the Woman Business Entrepreneur National Enterprise (WBENC), and Southern Minority Suppliers Development Council (SMSDC). Vivian is an entrepreneur as well as a musician. The Ohio State University Alumni loves to sing in her spare time, having grown up on the island of Okinawa, Japan and loves eating sushi. She enjoys the best of both cultures and brings an appreciation for life in everything she does.

 

Dale Schultz
Chief Technology Officer
Dale Schultz is an experienced engineer with a wealth of practical experience working at some of the world’s largest and most trusted organizations. Trained as an Electrical Engineer, then transitioning to the client side as both a deployment engineer then into IT management, Dale knows what his clients face on a day-to-day basis.

Now serving Wintech Solutions as the Chief Technology Officer, he is able to leverage the resources and leadership of his organization to help his clients “Accelerate their Ambition” by jointly planning and strategizing on transformational changes that will:

Additionally, his deep understanding of the Microsoft Server Suite of Enterprise Applications, including Teams, Datacenter & Virtualization Technologies makes him a sought-after resource in the Southern California IT market.
