Known for a tireless work ethic, energetic presentation, and hands-on approach to consultative IT sales, Kenza Tikito has blazed a trail of multi-million dollar achievement across industries and channels including OEM, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Government and Defense, and Manufacturing. A trusted advisor among CIOs, CTOs, engineers, decision-makers, and the company CEO, she has leveraged intense products, services and technical expertise to build a competitive advantage – fostering loyalty and collaborative problem-solving that won the majority of Wintech Solutions business and led the company’s foray into previously uncharted markets.

As a former professional swimmer who was a part of the National Junior team back in Morocco and Chapman University’s swim team in Southern California, Kenza’s natural energy, drive, and endurance carried over to her sales career, where she quickly set revenue records after realizing her promotional skills in discussions with the organization’s leadership.

In her previous role with Sirius Computer Solutions, Kenza served as Healthcare Client Executive in Southern California and Arizona. She was responsible for the company’s increasing development and expansion efforts into high-growth, emerging markets in both states. She also serves on the board of the Southern California HIMSS chapter as the Marketing & Communications coordinator.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies and Political Science followed by a Master’s degree in Leadership Development from Chapman University, Kenza is well-versed in demonstrated best practices and is a natural leader who has been repeatedly tapped in the workplace for commercial and operational leadership of key strategic initiatives.
